Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Railway Corp. on servers in Amsterdam (Netherlands, EU). When you visit the website, data such as IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system are automatically processed in server log files. This data is technically necessary to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is automatically deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. Your language choice is determined solely by the address you visit.
Contact form and e-mail
The contact form does not send any data to our server. It merely prepares an e-mail in your own e-mail program, which you send yourself. If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry and your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Online booking (feratel Deskline / booking&more)
The “Prices & Booking” page embeds the booking system of feratel media technologies AG (Maria-Theresien-Straße 8, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria), provided via Montafon Tourismus. When you open this page, connections to feratel's servers are established and your IP address is transmitted. Data you enter as part of a booking is processed to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Further information can be found in feratel's privacy policy at www.feratel.com.
YouTube video
A video of the Silvretta Montafon ski area is embedded on the home page. It is only loaded when you click “Play video”. Only then is a connection established to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Information on data protection at Google can be found at policies.google.com/privacy.
Map (OpenStreetMap)
The map on the contact page is only loaded from the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom) after you click “Load map”. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Simply contact us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (www.dsb.gv.at).
